5 Simple Ways on How to be Slim Forever

Dieting is a pain in the stomach and in the head. That's why, I don't do it anymore. I've tried every possible diet that could make any human body lose weight, but nothing seemed to work permanently. Once you stopped the actual diet, you're back again to your fat and insecure self.

Thereby, I decided to do a lifestyle change instead of doing a diet.

How to be fit and slim forever:

1. Be Determined.

Don't be a slacker and don't procrastinate. The reason you're fat is because you always wait for a perfect time and date to change your unhealthy eating habits. Don't wait, do it now! There is no such thing as the perfect moment for a lifestyle change. If you do it today, you won't be worrying about gaining weight once more and you can stop the bulging waistline in the future.

2. Be Realistic. 

Being healthy and fit takes time. Don't expect to lose weight instantly. Eating healthy means learning to control the amount and the kinds of food that goes in your mouth. Changing your bad eating habits takes months and even years of practice. Stop dreaming and start doing the right ways to help you lose weight.

3. Don't do a fast! 

Don't fast. Yes, fasting will make you lose a lot weight but once the fasting is over, you'll be gaining the lost pounds by two times more. Fasting has many benefits but if you lose control after the fast, your body will instantly bloat and you'll be even fatter than before.

4. Sleep, eat right and exercise!

Lack of sleep makes you eat a lot because of stress. Thereby, sleep at least 6-8 hours a day. If you have a very hectic work schedule, drink vitamins and eat organic food. Don't gorge yourself into junk foods. That would be disastrous!

Eat in smaller portions. Don't be like a pig when it comes to portion sizes. Learn to choose healthy foods. Eating fruits and vegetables increases the metabolism to lose weight.

And lastly, exercise. It will help you lose weight faster.

5. Apply the healthy eating habits in your life forever! 

You're almost there. Don't stop and be more confident on becoming fit and healthy. Remember, total change starts from within.
